We are excited to host Colton McMurdie for a live musical performance the night before our foal sale. Join us at our ranch arena on Friday, August 21, at 7:30 pm. No tickets required!
Listen to Colton’s single released last summer, “Gold Buckles”. Pretty cool music video too!
Born and raised a sixth-generation Arizonan, Colton McMurdie is a true embodiment of grit, heart, and western heritage. A singer and songwriter with deep country roots, Colton brings stories to life through authentic lyrics, rugged vocals, and a passion that reflects his love for the land, the people, and the rodeo way of life.
Colton isn’t just a musician—he’s the voice of the arena and the heartbeat of the western lifestyle. As a professional auctioneer and rodeo announcer, he’s spent years bringing energy and excitement to events across the Southwest, always staying close to the dirt, the dust, and the spirit of the sport.
But Colton’s story goes even deeper. After facing life-changing paralysis from a car accident, he refused to hang up his spurs. He continues to compete and contribute to the rodeo community, proving that resilience runs deep and that passion doesn’t fade with adversity—it grows stronger. With every performance, Colton seeks to honor the legacy of Chris LeDoux—a man who lived for the ride, sang from the soul, and stood as a symbol of what it means to be cowboy to the core. Like Chris LeDoux, Colton lives where music, rodeo, and authenticity meet—and he’s carving his own trail while staying true to what built him.
Whether he’s behind a microphone, on a stage, or in the arena, Colton McMurdie is here to represent the real West—unfiltered, unbroken, and undeniably original.
